Advertiser Agreement

1 · Parties

This agreement is between SCSS Media (“Publisher”) and the advertiser named above (“Advertiser”) for placement within The Charleston Newsletter.

2 · Services

Publisher will deliver the Advertiser’s approved creative to subscribers per the selected package, on a three-send, three-week cadence per 1,000 contacts.

3 · Schedule

Sends run approximately every three days per 1,000-contact cycle. Bronze spans 3 weeks, Silver 6 weeks, and Gold 9 weeks. Start dates are confirmed in writing.

4 · Fees & Payment

Custom campaigns are billed at $0.10 per contact, $100 minimum (1,000 contacts). Package fees: Bronze $300, Silver $550, Gold $750. Payment is due in full before the first send unless otherwise agreed.

5 · Content & Approval

Advertiser supplies creative and warrants the right to use all content. Publisher may decline material that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the newsletter’s standards.

6 · Reporting

Publisher provides a weekly email report covering deliveries, opens, open rate, and clicks for the active campaign.

7 · Cancellation

Either party may cancel before the first send for a full refund. Once a campaign begins, fees for completed sends are non-refundable; unsent portions may be credited.

8 · Limitation

Publisher delivers reach and engagement, not guaranteed sales outcomes. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected campaign.

9 · Acceptance

Submitting payment below indicates agreement to these terms and authorizes the selected campaign.
